We believe that in most family law cases a negotiated settlement is the best option. Ms. Lathrop is an experienced litigator who can skillfully represent you in Court. The goal is to resolve as many issues as practical out of Court, while simultaneously preparing for litigation in the event that issues cannot be resolved. This approach puts clients in the best position to reach an optimal resolution without sacrificing preparation for trial.
